Do you have a passion for health and fitness? We are currently looking for part time coaches who are experienced and outgoing, customer centered, group fitness/personal trainers that can inspire people to achieve their fitness goals.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be a good team player, motivate members and exceed expectations in providing superior customer service. Candidates should have a strong fitness background (boot-camps, sports teams, martial arts, personal training, power lifting, etc.). We are looking for passionate, energetic, reliable candidates to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Several years as a certified personal trainer with knowledge in Functional Training
• CPR & First Aid Training
• Ability to work with management to grow and develop client base
• Able to work with a variety of populations including athletes, youth, those living with chronic illness and injury, as well as the general population
• Professional, friendly and organized

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Leading classes of 10-25 members or teams in a safe and effective manner
• Display proficiency and intelligence regarding complex programming for group classes and sports-specific training.
• Experience with body weight training
• Experience with kettlebell training
• Experience with barbell training
• Setting up and breaking down necessary equipment, cleaning facility spaces after each class, and organizing equipment.
• MS Office
• Using our client management software to check in and check out classes, collect payments, and book appointments
• Manage necessary waivers and paperwork on new clients
• Fulfill opening/closing gym responsibilities as necessary
