We are looking for an individual to manage our cafe/restaurant and market. This position includes; Weekly scheduling for ~20-25 employees, staff management, working with wholesale providers, payroll, cash handling, POS programing, social media managing and team training. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of restaurant managing experience, with background in all facets of the restaurant industry. This individual will be in charge of overseeing both front & back of house staff and will be fully trained in all restaurant positions.
Experience/Requirements:
- Previous experience in the front and back of house (restaurant or hotel) is a must.
- Knowledge of Excel & POSI Touch system would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards including valid Food Safe & Serve It Right certificates.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with social media managing and answering emails professionally.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication to work effectively with customers and team members.
- The successful candidate will have their own transportation.
