General Labourer
MSE Precast Ltd manufactures a wide variety precast concrete products including Mechanically Stabilized Earth walls (MSE Walls), residential block walls, building cladding, Tilt up/Precast buildings, bridges and custom precast solutions. We have a high standard for quality and pride ourselves on our abilities to deliver an outstanding product.
We are offering Full Time Permanent positions with growth opportunities in our Qualicum Beach division. We offer competitive starting wages and will scale with experience. A typical workday would run 8:00 am-4:15 pm totaling 37.5-40 hours per week, there is potential for O/T pay each week.
We are looking for people with or without experience and are willing to train and develop for potential leadership roles. You bring energy, enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, reliability and have own transportation. Experience with power tools is an asset but not requirement.
Duties include but not limited to:
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Pouring and finishing of concrete.
- Form stripping.
- Form fabrication.
- Steel fabrication.
- · Earn forklift ticket.
- · Earn apprentice hours for:
- Carpentry.
- Concrete Finisher.
- Rigging.
- Crane Operation ticket.
- ACI concrete testing certification.
- First Aid training.
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
