Full-Time Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent-Swift Current
Home Inn & Suites Swift Current is looking for a Full-Time Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent. This job would consist of 8-hour shifts will be 11pm-7am - 2 days a week over the weekend, 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm - 3 days during the week. The successful candidate must be a driven, self-starter who is motivated and eager to learn. You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests. The Night Auditor performs front desk duties during the evening as well as end-of-day accounting duties. You will be responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling, and changing room reservations. Preference will be given to those applicants with basic computer skills, previous customer service experience as well as previous hotel experience. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, dedication to guest service, be reliable and self-motivated. Previous experience using the OPERA property management system is an asset. The ideal candidate will be friendly, love to smile, and exude Prairie Hospitality by making every guest feel warmly cared for and always welcome. Candidates must have excellent English skills.
