We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in the beautiful Kitsilano area. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and customer service skills to provide a welcoming experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical and billing tasks (including dental insurance estimates and claims)
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience in reception or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to navigate through computer operations and word processing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in a dental office or customer support is advantageous
