Front Desk Agent

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as booking reservations and processing payments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and demeanor
