Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.
Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in drywall installation and repair.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for structural integrity.
• Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials throughout the worksite.
• Operate heavy equipment under supervision when required.
• Restore and maintain existing structures as per project specifications.
• Read blueprints to understand project requirements and layouts.
• Participate in concrete forming activities for foundations and structures.
• Collaborate with carpenters to support framing and finishing tasks.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with drywall installation or repairs is a plus.
• Basic welding skills are advantageous.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading to interpret project plans accurately.
• Experience in concrete forming techniques is beneficial.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 75 per week
