Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance and construction workers, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. 2. Project Management: Manage project schedules, resources, and meet deadlines. 3. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. 4. Coordination: Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. 5. Training: Provide training and guidance to workers, promoting skill development and teamwork. 6.
