About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Site Superintendent, the Finishing Labourer is responsible for the finishing aspect of our renovation construction project. Key responsibilities include drywall repairs, painting and other final touches to ensure high-quality results. This role is crucial for ensuring timelines and work is completed efficiently.
Hourly Pay Range: $26.00-34.00

About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Site Superintendent, the Finishing Labourer is responsible for the finishing aspect of our renovation construction project. Hourly Pay Range: $26.00-34.00

What you’ll be doing
- Perform a variety of finishing tasks including but not limited to painting and drywall repairs.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Quality checks and touch-ups to ensure flawless finishes.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ensure all construction work meets or exceeds the required quality standards.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ year experience in construction
- Experience in carpentry, renovations or new home builds
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Post Secondary Education in a construction or trades related field is preferred
- Must have proper PPE (steel toe boots, vest & hardhat)
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs
