What You’ll Do:
     •     Partner with our sales team to provide tailored finance and insurance solutions that exceed customer expectations.
     •     Leverage your expertise to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
     •     Ensure all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards, protecting both the dealership and the customer.
     •     Build strong relationships with lending institutions to offer the most competitive financing options available.
     •     Drive F&I department performance with innovative strategies and a results-driven mindset.
What You Bring:
     •     Proven experience as an F&I Manager with a history of success in a high-performance dealership.
     •     Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, extended warranties, and legal compliance.
     •     Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
     •     Thrives in a commission-based, fast-paced work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34,000.00-$199,000.00 per year
