We are a company that has developed a strong reputation of producing excellent quality work over the past 15 years.
Job Description:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Understanding customer requirements
- Measure, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes and ICF
- Installing Footing & Foundations, ICF, Stick Build and Roof systems, Windows, Trim, Doors, Flooring, Stairs, Mouldings and Hardware
- Responding to change orders
- Managing or working with Subcontractors
- Training apprentices and or coworkers
- Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc
- Firm and excellent understanding of the building code and Construction Process
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling
- Strong work ethic
- Team player, reliable, trustworthy and ambitious
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- An appropriate set of carpentry tools
- Basic personal protective equipment
