About the Role: As an Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between the IT department and various business units, including Operations, Finance, and more. Your role will focus on supporting and enhancing existing systems while also leading the development and implementation of new technology solutions. Acting as the first point of contact for issues related to Operational Technology, you will collaborate with users and vendors to troubleshoot problems and ensure applications remain stable, operational, and aligned with service level expectations. In addition to problem-solving, you will actively participate in the evaluation of new applications, identifying system requirements, and recommending improvements or alternatives. You will work closely with vendors to assess business needs and manage the deployment of new or updated technologies, ensuring seamless integration into business operations. This position is perfect for someone who is skilled in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, while ensuring reliable and efficient system performance. What you will do:
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the IT team and business units, ensuring smooth operation, support, and enhancement of both existing and new systems. You will oversee operational technology applications, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems, while ensuring compliance with Corix standards. Additionally, youll lead key projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing systems, and managing risks. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the integration of hardware and software, maintaining operational service levels, and providing leadership and guidance on technology initiatives. Experience with SCADA, VTSCADA, PLCs, and industrial control systems is highly desirable, and you must be able to handle on-call support for critical operational issues. What You Bring:
You hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a diploma in Computer Information Technology, with 3+ years of experience working with operational systems in mission-critical environments, and 5+ years of experience in corporate IT systems. You have a strong technical background, particularly in networking and operational technologies. This position requires flexibility to work in both office settings and industrial environments, such as energy generation plants.
