Duties

• Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavioral issues.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and responsibility among students.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in lesson planning and student assessments.

Pay: $15.66-$22.64 per hour
