Job Summary
Currently seeking Door Person also willing to do some Busing shifts at STANLEY'S PUB, located below the Bella Vista. Stanley's, is a neighborhood pub, operating 7 days a week with great staff and friendly regular customers. Interested persons will be required when scheduled for a Bus Person shift to assist the bartender by maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the pub and pub entrance. They will also be required when alternately scheduled for a Door Person shift to greet our guests at the door and ID for NLC 19 years. Candidates for this position must be attentive monitors throughout the pub. We are looking for an employee that is a team player, who will support the bartender and calmly address and diffuse potential problems before they occur. Additions duties include assisting the lead bartender and inspecting various sections of the interior of the pub (tables, backrooms and washrooms). The employee for this position must be personable and have a relaxed, but appropriate work place sense of humor and speak the English language fluently. Scheduled hours are primarily evenings, during both weekends and weekdays. This positions would be best suited as a great part-time second job, or for a mature post secondary student looking for an evening job with only a few shifts per week. Stanley's staff practice tip sharing as additional income.
Applicants must be over the age of majority (19 years or older), and have a neat and clean appearance. Must be available to work flexible hours, during evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
