Primary Duties and Responsibilities: § Organize and schedule all installations, repairs, and service of overhead doors, racking, shelving, etc. § Promote sales to existing and potential clients. § Provide estimates and written quotations for sales, service, and repairs. § Develop reports and proposals as part of sale presentations. § Assess client’s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services. § Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and resolve any after sale problems. § Supervise service technical specialists. Other Duties and Responsibilities: · Computer operations using company software · Special projects as required · Assist other sales people on pricing for installation and service. · Provide input into product design where goods or service must be tailored to suit the client’s needs. · Continuously learn and attend training sessions when and where applicable. · Other duties as required.
