We are currently seeking General Construction Labourers to join our team on large projects within the heavy civil sector around Saskatchewan.
Position Overview:
A General Construction Labourer will work with on-site tools, heavy equipment and materials to construct a variety of different projects relating to earthworks. Typical work can include shoveling/raking out dirt, laying/fusing HDPE pipe, dewatering/pump management and compacting soil with tampers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Working around heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, maintaining eye contact with operator when in close proximity
• Maintain clean work area free of hazards such as trips, slips and falls
• Helping out with physical job site labour
• Assist crew members with whatever duties they may need completed

An ideal candidate:
An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys heavy equipment and earthworks construction. This person would enjoy learning about all aspects of the project from the ground up and have a willingness to do anything on site. This position provides a great segway into becoming a skilled labourer or operator in the industry.
Candidates will have to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screening (including cannabis) as well as have a valid driver's license to meet role requirements.
Candidates should plan for work rotations that are 11 days on, 3 days off, with an 11/12 hour day as standard, overtime is required, and 4 days are taken off for long weekends.
