Commercial Insurance Producer
Attention, fine print detectives! Steers Insurance is hiring a Commercial Insurance Producer to join our Corner Brook office.

We’re fluent in insurance and understand the unique challenges of our clients. We offer local expertise and find the best coverage tailored to their needs.
To join our team, you’ll need a magnifying glass to spot policy loopholes and help customers navigate bad policies.

● Expert at day-to-day computer programs

What will a typical day look like?
Your daily duties include:
● Prospecting businesses within the Western region.
● Meeting prospects and conducting insurance reviews.
● Negotiating with our insurer partners to provide competitive insurance packages.
● Building and maintaining strong customer-broker relationships.
● Reviewing renewals and policy changes as clients continue to expand.
A plus, but not required:
● Relevant insurance experience.
● NL license to work in the industry.
Salary
Based on experience and qualifications.
The compensation package includes:
● An employee medical plan
● A pension plan
● Generous time-off allowances
● Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview.
NOTE: The selected applicant will be guided, trained, and supported while getting the required licensing.
