Client Admin Assistant


We are seeking a Client Admin Assistant to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

As a Client Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing in office support to our Client Service Department. Your duties will include filing, scanning, sorting mail, and other ad hoc duties.
The Client Admin Assistant will:
  • Efficiently process and maintain documents through sorting, filing, and scanning, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Systematically organize and file documents for the Client Service Team, enhancing accessibility and retrieval.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service Team.
  • Manage files for the Customer Service Team, including off site file retention.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
To be successful as a Client Admin Assistant with People Corporation, you will need:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment with technical knowledge and experience using application-based systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work independently and apply critical thinking.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Client Care experience.
All-star candidates will have:
  • Minimum 2 years Client Care experience (insurance industry experience, specifically group benefits, is considered an asset)
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is considered as asset.
