We are seeking an experienced woodworking CNC operator who is highly motivated and reliable individual with aspirations to work in cabinet manufacturing using high-end cabinetry and wood working-machinery.

The Opportunity

Experience with cabinet manufacturing, CNC operation, shipping and receiving, carpentry skills, and machinery experience will be considered an asset with a willingness to learn.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Set up and operate woodworking CNC machinery, including routers, saws, and drills, to cut and shape wood components.

Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.

Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and correcting any defects or imperfections.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workshop.
