SALARY: $55,000 - 65,000 annually
SHIFTS: Monday - Friday (Full-Time, Permanent)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure production continuity through effective scheduling and management of raw material inventories
- Perform daily transactional receiving and processing for brewing and blending raw materials using SAP
- Review inventories on the floor and order required Brewing Raw Materials and all Brewery Auxiliary Materials.
- Manage applicable training, safety and production records for the Brewery Admin role
- Facilitate monthly One to Ones with critical stakeholders.
- Perform regular beer and blending inventory and cycle counts of raw materials and finished liquids
- Complete all required mid-month and month end reporting with detailed analysis on variances.
- Receipt and PO creation of CO2 and Service Invoices.
- Manage and resolve GRIR ‘s for the brewery.
- Troubleshoot variances and make corrections in SAP. Follow up with Root Cause Analysis to mitigate future issues
- Assist the Brewery Manager with month-end reporting, analysis and forecasting
- Perform additional day to day administrative requirements to support the brewing and packaging departments as needed
- Liaise with external contacts (payroll, business service centre, suppliers, etc.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post secondary education
- 1+ years experience in an industrial workplace preferred
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally throughout the operation
- Excellent computer skills; experience with SAP considered an asset
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good communication skills
