Mission Property Group, a Fredericton based commercial real estate business, is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to assume a wide range of administrative, accounting and reporting functions which include, but are not limited to the following:
Posting general ledger entries
Payroll and payroll remittances
Review and verification of general ledger accounts
Reconciliation and maintenance of inter-company accounts
Supervision of support staff with posting of payables and receivables
Preparation of monthly financial statements, year-end filing and budgets
Manage cash flow
Preparation of annual cost recovery calculations and billing to tenants
Annual budget preparation
General office responsibilities and special projects as needed
Candidates interested in this position should have completed a Community College or university program and have 3 -5 years of relevant experience. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
