Process daily body shop orders and assist the Body Shop Manager with other administrative task
Close-out work oders
Complete estimates as per insurance requirement
Approve and foward matched body shop orders and invoices to the Accounting department on a timely basis
Prepare invoices and record amounts received
Collect payment from customers and issue receipts for goods and services
Follow-up on any outstanding receivable
Work effectively with insurance companies regarding any outstanding claims.
Tally weekly time cards
Update body shop master files as requiered
Schedule appointments and dispatch repair orders
Attend all department meetings
Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures
Perform any other duties as required.
