BILLING CLERK

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the billing of rail cars
- Administrative functions including customs paperwork
- Input data in RMI system
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Follow all regulatory and company policies while performing job functions
Education Requirements – Knowledge & Skills:
- Post-secondary education (College Diploma or University Degree) would be an asset
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Must possess excellent communication skills with a focus on providing superior service to all internal and external customers
- Individuals must be well organized, with proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities
- Strong Computer Skills are essential
- Must be flexible for shift work (days, evenings and weekends)
