Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
- You have a grade 12 or combination of relevant experience; background in the retail bakery industry is considered an asset
- You have retail experience in a supervisory role; Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) and bakery experience is considered an asset
- You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You must be able to plan and organize your own work and that of others, supervise others, and delegate to others
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You are familiar with Food Safe procedures and practices
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- You have the ability to fulfill physical job requirements – standing, and performing heavy lifting regularly; extensive manual labour is required
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
