We are looking for experienced line cooks to join our team (minimum 1 year’s experience)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor daily prep production of food
· Prepare, season and cook breakfast and Asian cuisine
· Desire and ability to work as part of a team.
· Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
· Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
· Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES

• High school graduation certificate
• Formal training in Asian food culinary arts is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of commercial cooking experience (Vietnamese, Cantonese, Asian cuisine, and/or Deep Frying)
• Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is an asset.
• Food Handler certificate is a must
• Ability to work independently
• Be positive and has a willingness to learn
• Organizational Skills
• Works well under pressure
• Flexible schedule (must be available evenings and weekends)
• Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

• Chester, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• Food Safe, Safe Check, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
