We are looking for a colleague to join the B2B team, where we will work together to test hypotheses and build new products. We prioritize autonomy, the ability to quickly learn new technologies, and prototyping skills.


We will work on part of the existing platform and develop new functionality to enhance employee skills. Additionally, we will build services to improve the hiring experience and other HR processes.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate or higher level proficiency in English;
• Experience with integrating or developing LLMs would be a plus;
• Experienced in any of Python, Golang, C#, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, PHP;
• Experience applying DDD and Clean Architecture in real projects;
• High performance of writing high-quality, well-documented code;
• Write unit and integration tests, experience in TDD is advantage;
• Willingness to work in a team and invest in team processes;
• Knowledge and acceptance of Agile principles.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Python and Golang.
• Participate in product development, from clarifying requirements to delivering features to real users.
• Work in a cross-functional team with frontend developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers using Scrum methodology and pair programming.
