The mission of Cellistic/ Ncardia is to understand human i PSC and developmental biology and harness this knowledge to develop and manufacture i PSC therapeutics that significantly improve patient outcomes. We are convinced that pluripotent stem cell technology is the key to getting better, more efficient treatments to patients faster. Within our Cell Therapy team in Mont-Saint-Guibert (Belgium) there is a position immediately available for a Warehouse Technician. We are an enthusiastic, skilled, and committed international team in which everyone has the opportunity to make a decisive contribution.
Key responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Ensuring stock rotation and adherence to expiry dates.
- Preparing orders following documented procedures and adhering to good product handling practices.
- Safely performing loading and unloading operations, taking into account product-specific requirements.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in compliance with GMP standards.
- Conducting cyclical and annual inventories to ensure stock accuracy.
- Using handling equipment, including forklifts, in accordance with GMP safety protocols.
- Ensuring compliance with company-defined safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborating with other team members to solve problems and improve processes.
- Documenting all activities in accordance with GMP procedures and traceability requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a GMP warehouse environment is highly preferable.
- Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and associated regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools.
- Forklift driving certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
