As part of the Visual Merchandising team, you’re responsible for ensuring that the visual presentation across all stores and showrooms aligns with our brand’s creative identity, inspiring our customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
Main tasks
Oversee the implementation of all VM principles and guidelines across stores and showrooms, ensuring brand consistency.
Advise, coach and guide store teams on best VM practices to always ensure an inspiring and on-brand experience.
Seasonal showroom and fairs for wholesale.
Sales-driven merchandising: maximize sales potential by closely monitoring product displays and adjust based on product performance (best / slow sellers).
Respond to the need of different markets.
Visit frequently our stores in Belgium and abroad to oversee VM execution and timely installations.
Who are you
You have a senior level experience of at least 5 years in VM.
You are creative and have a great sense of fashion.
You have excellent organization skills.
You are flexible and always ready to travel.
You can work independently but also a great team player.
You are hands-on and excel at solving problems efficiently.
You have eye for detail.
