Senior COBOL Technical Analyst / Developer

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced COBOL/DB2 Technical Analyst / Developer to join a dynamic team within a clients Employee Benefits department. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both legacy and new systems while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. Mission Overview:
As a Keystone Solutions Consultant, you will be embedded within the clients operational team, directly contributing to the expansion, support, and maintenance of vital COBOL/DB2 applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for product development and delivering technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Provide both technical and operational support for COBOL/DB2 systems, ensuring reliable functionality for both new and existing systems.
Collaborate with a diverse team (operational and business units) to design and implement robust technical solutions.
Debug and troubleshoot complex system issues, with a focus on maintaining system integrity and performance.
Take ownership of product development processes, driving technical improvements and solutions.

Required Skills:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in French (FR), Dutch (NL), and English (ENG) is essential for effective communication within the client team.
Soft Skills:
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication abilities and a client-focused approach.
Technical Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in COBOL programming and DB2 databases.
- Expertise in SQL and Sequel Server.
- Proficient in JCL, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
