What you'll be doing
Strategic Coordination: Work closely with the Director of Sales to execute our G&E and Group strategy, keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends, competitor activities, and demand periods.
Client Engagement: Proactively manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) and Group accounts, converting leads into successful events that drive repeat business.
Event Planning Excellence: Ensure all inquiries are handled swiftly and effectively, delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
Collaboration: Partner with our Revenue Management Center to optimize rates and maximize booking conversions, while working hand-in-hand with the sales and operations teams.
Innovative Thinking: Contribute creative ideas to our Meetings Product Development, ensuring our offerings stand out in the market.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead by analyzing historical data, current bookings, and competitor products to continuously refine our approach.
Client Relations: Support sales activities including site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization events, all designed to showcase our exceptional service.
