Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photographic content that aligns with our brand's vision and goals. You will work on a variety of projects, from promotional videos and social media content to events and corporate shoots. Key Responsibilities: Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for various platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling narratives. Manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment during shoots. Photography: Capture high-quality images for marketing materials, websites, and social media. Edit and retouch photos to enhance quality and align with brand standards. Organize and maintain a digital archive of all visual content. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop visual concepts. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements. Attend and document events, ensuring all important moments are captured. Technical Skills: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order. Utilize software for video and photo editing, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of promotional materials and campaigns. Analyze and optimize content performance based on engagement metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field. Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
