Sr. Bim Modeler - Mechanical
Job summary
The BIM Modeler will provide drafting and modeling support to project teams. The BIM Modeler will provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling and design support. He/she will create Revit families and CAD blocks. The BIM Modeler must have the necessary working knowledge of project guidelines, processes and techniques to BIM projects profitably, meeting the time, resources and budget objectives of the project.
Skills
B2 (13+), B1 (10+) years of experience of working as BIM Modeler.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
The BIM Modeler will provide drafting and modeling support to project teams. The BIM Modeler will provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling and design support. He/she will create Revit families and CAD blocks. The BIM Modeler must have the necessary working knowledge of project guidelines, processes and techniques to BIM projects profitably, meeting the time, resources and budget objectives of the project.
Skills
- Well versed with design skills and knowledge.
- Timely and accurate preparation of models, shop drawings, etc.
- Demonstrate a deep interest in learning new skills and knowledge
- Positive attitude towards collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modeling software
- Be thorough and pay attention to details communicated.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Diploma in Engineering. Further Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) Certification is added advantage.
B2 (13+), B1 (10+) years of experience of working as BIM Modeler.
