Social Media Community Management

  • Client Account Support: Assisting in managing social media accounts for multiple clients, each with their unique brand voice and objectives.
  • Content Scheduling and Posting: Coordinating with the content creation team to schedule and publish posts on various platforms according to client-specific content calendars.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engaging with followers on behalf of clients by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Monitoring social media platforms for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and industry trends, and reporting findings to the team or clients.
  • Moderation of User-Generated Content: Reviewing and moderating comments, reviews, and other user-generated content to ensure it adheres to the client's brand guidelines.
  • Customer Support on Social Platforms: Addressing customer inquiries and issues on social media channels, often in coordination with the client's customer service team.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Gathering and analyzing data on social media performance (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates) and compiling reports for clients to demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
  • Trend Identification and Strategy Support: Identifying emerging social media trends and best practices to suggest new strategies or content ideas to clients.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Assisting in identifying and coordinating with influencers or brand advocates to boost client campaigns and enhance community engagement.
  • Crisis Management Support: Helping to manage any negative feedback or crisis situations on social media, ensuring the client's reputation is protected.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with designers, content creators, and paid media teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and client goals.
  • Event Support: Assisting in promoting and managing social media coverage for client events, both online and offline, to maximize engagement and visibility.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
