Sales Manager - Mercure Grand Hotel Seef
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for Mercure Grand Hotel Seef, our sister property in Bahrain.
Our desired candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth from the Arabian market to deliver excellent results.

- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the target market that aligns with the overall hotel strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Saudi Arabian market
- Generate leads and identify potential new business opportunities, including group business, MICE, and leisure segments
- Develop packages and promotions that appeal to the Saudi Arabian market and drive incremental revenue
- Achieve set targets to deliver excellent results
- Attend relevant trade events and exhibitions and represent the hotel to potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments, including F&B, Revenue Management, and Operations, to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry, preferred with specific experience in the Arabian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop plans that align with the overall hotel strategy
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive business growth
- Fluent in English and Arabic is an advantage
