Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee food preparation processes to meet quality standards.
Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen and dining areas.
Ensure adherence to local, national, and international food safety guidelines (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
Report and address non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement hygiene policies and training programs for staff.
Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
2+ years of experience in food safety, quality control, or a similar role.
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Certification in food safety management is a plus.
