Restaurant Hygiene & Quality Inspector/Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee food preparation processes to meet quality standards.
- Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all kitchen and dining areas.
- Ensure adherence to local, national, and international food safety guidelines (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
- Report and address non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement hygiene policies and training programs for staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in food safety, quality control, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Certification in food safety management is a plus.
