Restaurant Hostess
- Guest Reception:
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Provide menus and inform them of wait times, if applicable.
- Seating Management:
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests to optimize seating efficiency.
- Assign tables based on guest preferences, server availability, and restaurant capacity.
- Customer Service:
- Answer questions about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain Cleanliness:
- Keep the host/hostess station and dining area organized and tidy.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for new guests.
- Communication:
- Relay guest requests or special needs to waitstaff and kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Managing Waitlists:
- Keep an accurate record of guests waiting for tables and provide estimated wait times.
- Inform guests when their tables are ready in a timely manner.
- Promoting Specials and Events:
- Inform guests about daily specials, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Encourage repeat visits through excellent service and hospitality.
- Support Other Staff:
- Assist waitstaff and management as needed during busy shifts.
- Help with clearing tables or refilling supplies when necessary.
Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
