Required Corporate Sales Manager

Required Corporate Sales Manager for a Telecom Services Company headquartered in Bahrain, with offices across the Middle East and other regions.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities within the corporate sector in Bahrain, generating leads and sales, managing key client accounts, and ensuring building up a robust sales pipeline. This role requires a go-getter with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports for management
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics and identify emerging trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and preparing proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth and expansion.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work closely with other sales team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 5 years of experience in selling services to corporate clients, and should have a strong passion for sales with a focus on corporate accounts or B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with business clients
  • Experience working with senior management in corporate sector including presentations and pitching
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Telecom, Cloud services, Cybersecurity, Broadband, Voice, and ICT experience are preferred.
