Job Description as below :
1. Acts as primary contact and KKT Bahrain ambassador for new and existing patients.
2. Conveys key messages to patients on company philosophy, history, values, objectives, accomplishments, etc. Promotes patient engagement and participation, Fosters strong business relationships with patients while taking care.
3. Advises patient of program process and expectations.
4. Supports new patients as they participate in KKT’s 12-Step Treatment Plan. Provides pertinent information on research, healing, proper sleeping positions, ergonomics, healthy eating, etc. and ensures all patient concerns and needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
5. Track’s and monitors patient progress through treatment cycle ensuring compliance with best practices and KKT protocols. Generates weekly (daily) reports on patient numbers, product sales, etc. for management review. Provides initial analysis and highlights areas of concern requiring immediate attention.
6. Liaises with clinic staff to assess and evaluate the quality and efficacy of work practices and actively seeks avenues to enhance the patient experience.
7. Assists in the development of educational brochures and corporate media used in the on-going education of patients and partners while ensuring compliance with KKT International protocols and templates.
8. Listening to the complains of patients and making the doctor aware of it.
9. Filling forms like feedback forms or any other as per company policy
10. Arranging meeting for patients with doctors who are not improving or unsatisfied patients
11. Doing Physiotherapy session for the patient.
12. design and review clinical management plans that encourage exercise and movement using a range of techniques, and which may include specialist rehabilitation, life-style medicine, long-term strategies, and clinical techniques
13. write patient case notes and reports, and collect statistics
14. keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating patients
15. manage clinical risk.
16. Review and evaluate patient through tests, movements, and conversation
17. Create and implement treatment care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
18. Schedule exercises and therapies for patients
19. Assist and demonstrate proper stretches, techniques, exercise moves, and equipment uses
20. Educate patient family members, caretakers, or close friends on the patient’s treatment plan
21. Document patient medical progress and treatment; record notes to update medical conditions
22. Giving patients exercises designed to strengthen and increase their motor abilities
23. Showing patients exercises that they can perform on their own at home (and correcting any incorrect posture / movements)
24. Help in data collection for research studies, keeping records and securing the medical reports of patients who are selected for case studies or other research projects
