Role Requirements: - Must be a certified bachelor or higher in information technology or equivalent. - Bahraini National. - 7+ years, experience in experience in support desk. - Experience in end-user support, applications, Hardware and networking as stated above in “Required Advanced Technical Proficiencies and Duties”. - Working knowledge of applications deployment within Windows platform. - Holder of Microsoft Certification (MCSA, MCITP / MCTS), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified. Main Duties: - Provide technical services and support for the following areas: . Microsoft and non-Microsoft onsite support. . Microsoft related technologies: Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps (Desktop-Web-Mobile) Office 365, Visio, MS Teams. . Advanced working knowledge in supporting MAC OS. . Advanced working knowledge of IOS & Android smart devices. . Advanced working knowledge of desktop software such as all Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe, …etc. . Advanced knowledge of Bio Time - Suprema Access Control and Time & Attendance System . Basic working knowledge of Active Directory 2022/Azure AD, DHCP, DNS. . Basic working knowledge of Windows server 2019/2022. . Basic working knowledge of Virtualization technologies: Microsoft Azure, AWS. . Basic working knowledge of AWS EC2 Instances, Security Groups, S3 Storage, Storage Gateway. . Basic working knowledge of Network WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, Cisco routers & Switches, Cisco SDA, Cortex Antivirus, Qualys Cloud Platform. . Basic working knowledge of IP Cloud Telephony integrated with Teams. . Basic network troubleshooting.
