Fit Out Civil Engineer
Fitout Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Approval and commenting on subcontractor's construction schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with overall project schedule.
- Prepare master project schedule and plans during tender and execution stage.
- Reviewing work progress and infrastructure land side plans.
- Coordinating with main contractor and other contractors.
- Monitoring major construction progress against approved schedules.
- Reviewing contractors' monthly and weekly reports.
- Identifying and issuing delay notices.
- Attend project review meetings and submit reports to management.
- Monitor material submittal, approval, and procurement schedule against project plan.
- Strong Academic Background in Civil Engineering degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the same field.
