Barista
C45 Artisan Brewery is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at our busy coffee shop. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Pay: BD240.000 - BD260.000 per month

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, such as espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and teas
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served
- Maintain knowledge of all products, including ingredients and brewing methods
- Take customer orders and handle payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms
- Restock and replenish supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience
- Continuously strive to improve and expand your knowledge and skills as a barista
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso beverages, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Pay: BD240.000 - BD260.000 per month
