Job Summary We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant to provide support to our accountants. You will field phone calls and emails, process and file paperwork, and maintain relationships with our vendors. When necessary, you will also assist with payroll and accounts reconciliation. We prefer candidates who have a bachelor's degree in accounting, but we are willing to consider those without a degree who have extensive administrative experience. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and emails from clients and vendors
Send out invoices and settle accounts with vendors
Keep track of spending
Create regular spending reports
Maintain files of bills and invoices
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)
Bookkeeping experience is a plus
Administrative office experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Bahrain Driving License (Preferred)
Male (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time Pay: BD200.000 - BD250.000 per month
