YOUR TASKS
- Supporting customers with order processing and market planning
- Coordination of international and complex special orders
- Checking plans for the correct placement of equipment in the market
- Technical and economic project management, including the organization of disassembly, assembly, commissioning of refrigerator shelves and coordination with the installation partner
- Correction and entering orders into the SAP system
- Clarification and coordination with sales and production to meet delivery deadlines
- Clarification with our procurement team regarding procurement, production and delivery times for the required materials
- Checking and organizing transport for on-time delivery to the customer
- Invoice verification, performance evaluation and approval of invoices for accurate invoicing Team cohesion and coordination of the project team

YOUR PROFIL
- Education (Higher Technical College, University of Applied Sciences) in refrigeration or building technology or mechanical engineering and plant construction
- Relevant professional experience in project planning and execution (at least 3 years)
- Experience in project management and planning expertise
- Experience in leading teams
- MS Office skills
- SAP skills and CAD skills are an advantage
- English proficiency
