You may not have the right experience yet but with our Hunkemöller Academy, you’ll become a certified Bra Expert and will learn how to advise and inspire our customers every day by delivering true World Class Service. We’re looking for someone with a real passion for lingerie, who’s like us, is excited by new trends, styles, colours and fabrics and who wants to share that passion with our customers. Using your experience in retail and fashion, you’ll inspire our customers with your product knowledge, so that they leave our stores with purchases they love.

Having an army of lingerie and fashion experts, across the company, makes us stand out from the crowd. You’ll love being part of a team and motivating, training and coaching the sales team, especially those that are new to Hunkemöller, is like second nature to you. You’ll get a buzz from developing yourself and the team around you. You’ll work hand in hand with the Lingerie Ambassador to ensure the store runs smoothly and if she isn’t around, the store will be in your capable hands. Our Lingerie Experts always have flexible attitude and keep their cool, even when things get a little stressful. At Hunkemöller, we’re focused on delivering great results so you’ll need to share our ‘winning mind set’ and be determined to shine.
As well as a passion for lingerie and inspiring design, our Lingerie Experts are natural leaders who’ve worked in a commercial or leadership role before and ideally in retail. Your personality is just as important as your experience and we’re looking for dynamic Lingerie Experts who can use their own initiative and will enjoy making friendly, genuine contact with our customers. You’ll need great communication skills and will know how to ask the right open questions. Listening to what our customers say will help you really understand how to help them, making sure they leave your store happy and wanting to return. Our Lingerie Experts are driven by sales and results and will have completed their higher level education diploma. As an Omni-channel business, we encourage all our staff to be active on Social Media and as a Lingerie Expert, you’ll set an example to the rest of your team.
