Responsibility for managing international plant construction projects and leading an intercultural team
Planning project timelines and monitoring schedules for all project phases, including engineering and delivery
Monitoring quality, costs and deadlines throughout the project lifecycle
Acting as the interface between customers and internal departments for all project-related requirements
Defining execution documents and preparing technical purchasing specifications
Regular reporting to management and customer communication
YOUR PROFILE - WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) in the field of mechanical engineering, plant engineering or similar
Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
Strong understanding of business management principles and confident handling of contractual matters
Experience in leading project teams
Knowledge of project management methods and tools, such as MS Project
High level of self-responsibility, initiative, communication skills and assertiveness
Willingness to travel (worldwide) – approx. 20%
Very good English and Geman skills, Russian is an advantage
