Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Efficiently manage the transformation process of the Galenic Area, encompassing all associated tasks and changes.
Act as a cross-department coordinator, fostering collaboration between business owners, MU engineers, regcmc, LCM, and commercial/country teams.
Ensure the smooth implementation of all changes, allowing for the completion of tasks across all countries and the seamless removal of any outdated formats or structures.
Optimize assigned units, including assets and environmental elements, to achieve maximum productivity and quality standards.
Oversee the mono-format lines closely related to the transformation process, working closely with production, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and success.
What you’ll bring to the role: Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Science or a related field or equivalent Meisterausbildung with extensive work experience.
Minimum of 5-yeats’ experience within pharmaceutical industry; ideally experience as a Project Manager.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Galenic Area transformation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at various levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to effectively drive multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong results orientation.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Excellent persuasive, negotiation and influencing skills including change & stakeholder management.
Language: German and English, fluency is required.
Desirable requirements:
Project management certificates are a plus, e.g. CAPM, PMP, PMI-RMP by PMI or Master’s degree in project management, logistics, supply chain or similar.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 64.023,61/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
