Job Description Role Overview: The Programme Manager, in charge of project operations, is accountable for leading local project functions to deliver top-notch solutions that meet customer expectations while maintaining financial performance. Working closely with Sales and Product & Engineering departments to enhance and elevate the profit margin year on year. The role entails overseeing local competency development, information exchange, and project management discipline, crucial for timely project delivery within or exceeding planned gross margins.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for project completion at the district or branch level.
Ensuring on-time project delivery within scope with zero or positive deviations.
Managing the installation team in the effective adoption, implementation, and adherence to HBS Global and EMEAI guidelines, processes, procedures, tools, and best business practices.
Accountability for the financial performance of projects at the district or branch level. Monthly monitoring of financial performance and reviewing estimates against actual results at the district or branch level for continuous enhancement of operational project metrics.
Effectively driving the implementation of productivity-enhancing process changes related to project execution.
Cost management to maintain market competitiveness. Cost control and maximizing productivity through the introduction of effective methods and standard processes.
Leading the team in change management and robustly implementing agreed initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with applicable local and industry-specific regulations and standards.
Ensuring the presence and adherence to all SOPs.
Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment through effective communication, training, equipment and vehicle management, and facility improvement. Managing the safety program for the assigned work area.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Proficiency in German and English.
Strong and precise planning skills.
