Your areas of impact

• Work together with a global Team to introduce new systems to the market for the assembly of leading edge products such as high power CPUs and High Bandwidth Memory
• Participate in R&D projects in the context of product definition, requirement analyses and inhouse as well as customer trials
• With your comprehensive technical know-how, you will be contributing to product and problem solutions by a structured transfer of knowledge between the product line, the R&D team and the various regional support centers
• Carrying out assessments, benchmarks and demos to ensure that our systems always remain up to date
• Support Sales and Customer Project Manager during pre-sales activities
• Conduct training on existing and future platforms to Service engineers and customers

Your capacity for excellence

• Completed studies at a higher educational institute (university or technical college) / relevant work experience in a technical field, preferably in technical support is an advantage
• High level of commitment and dedication, flexibility
• Customer-oriented mindset and action
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong language skills in German and English to perform job duties effectively
• Willingness to travel (Asia, USA, EU)
