As a Key Account Manager you are the first point of contact for your assigned customers for all business related topics. You are responsible for the entire customer satisfaction and the implementation and achievement of defined sales goals. You also lead the commercial activities and assure the co-ordination with the plants.
Active Customer Relationship Management and acquisition of new business
Preparation and supervision of annual sales budgets, commercial responsibility of projects
Preparation of price calculations and business plans, approval of price lists
Contract Management and market observation and competitor analysis
Drive active sales of new business solutions
Co-ordination of Sales activities between the different interfaces
What makes you great
Degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field
Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the packaging industry
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain relationships
