Company Description
Are you passionate about Events and looking to work on one of the most innovative events of our portfolio?In this internship, you’ll be joining our Global Brand Marketing Team starting in January 2025 for a period of 6 months to work on one global event activated across various markets. Student Events give wings to young people and ideas, bringing our brand personality traits to life, while inviting our consumers for unique brand experiences.
Job Description
RESEARCH & INNOVATIONIn this exciting internship you'll conduct research on key trends to generate creative and innovative ideas that resonate, engage and excite the target audience.
PLANNING & EXECUTION
You'll build informative and clear guides for participating markets to plan and deliver the project to the highest standard. You'll also support the organization and execution of the World Final event. In addition you'll also track and report sustainability metrics for the World Final, while supporting markets to execute these locally.
COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION
During your time as an intern you'll also be responsible to facilitate and encourage best practice sharing between participating markets. You'll be working cross- functionally with multiple HQ areas to ensure full alignment, maintaining strong communication with different stakeholders and project team members.
BRAND MANAGEMENT & EVALUATION
In addition to that you'll act as a brand guardian to ensure the campaign and general Red Bull identity is upheld with excellence globally, as well as organizing project debriefs and recap presentations.
Qualifications
Current studying or recently graduated in University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management/Sports Education) or equal practical experienceExcellent English spoken and written
Previous experience as a Student Marketeer or Brand Ambassador
Experience in working with campaigns and/or events
Excellent MS Office-Skills (Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
Excellent attention to detail, process-driven and structured
Very high commitment and flexibility
Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently
Social/digital native
